2009 Development Academy Playoffs Begin

After a full second season of the U.S. Soccer Development Academy, 32 clubs in each age group have earned the right to play in Greensboro, N.C. for the first annual D.A. Playoffs. Teams have been separated into eight groups of four, with the group winners advancing to Finals Week in Los Angeles next month. Check out which clubs made the cut, and stay tuned to the YNT blog all weekend as we bring you updates on the matches. This is it for 64 teams from around the country—the culmination of an entire season's work. The door to L.A. is open, but only for a few days.
