First Day of Recovery

The YNT Blog got little love from the U.S. U-17 WNT yesterday, but we promise there was a good reason. It was gameday! And with all the little things that go into preparing for the first Under-17 Women's World Cup qualifying match in U.S. history, we hope you can forgive us for straying away from the computer. Here you can see the U.S. team was ready to head to the stadium and earn three points.

That being said, we did keep track of the team during their 6-0 win against Costa Rica last night, and we even managed to score a sweet Starting XI shot. Great job ladies!

Next up: training. The U.S. will head back to Marvin Lee Stadium today to prepare for tomorrow's match against El Salvador, which will be live on ussoccer.com's MatchTracker at 4 p.m. ET.

Well done on your first game girls. Looks like im coaching the wrong team in the States.
Good luck for your game against el salvador. Beat them by more than six and you could probably start for the English national side.
